In the photos I've given the blurb about using these exercises as a warm up before the main practice, and I've shown the first and last page, as well as the contents page, to give an idea of progression through the book.

A Dozen A Day: All Year Round offers additional attractions for teachers, which I will outline, but I would still steer students towards the individual books, appropriate for each level. In addition to including the complete content of the six books in one, All Year Round includes some additional features, of which the Thematic Index is a particular bonus which teachers will find incredibly useful. Illustrations are stick figure in design and there are no characters, hence the old fashioned nature of it. My 9 year old is able to work on these by herself, and can see improvement, like getting quicker at the 'running' exercise, which in turn sets her up for a focused practice. This index is a powerful tool, making it easy to grab All Year Round at any point in a lesson, quickly locate and introduce an appropriate, progressive set of bespoke exercises that suitably address technical issues and development. The series is made up of brief, accessible groups of warm-up exercises that provide excellent daily training for students of all ages and levels. Also there's a gradual introduction to a lot of different aspects of music notation and you absorb this almost subconsciously as you work through the exercises. D'ailleurs, pour les apprentis pianistes les plus avancés et les plus doués, il n'est pas obligé de travailler ces exercices dans l'ordre. Paul Harris’s superb Piece A Week series ( reviewed here) is of course an ideal resource for this, but before it appeared, A Dozen A Day was my go-to, and proved very effective. If I am trying a new tempo or am trying to learn a new key I often go back to the beginning of the book and start with the familiar easy ones again. Each book in the A Dozen A Day series contains short warm-up exercises to be played at the beginning of the student's practice session.Piano Music, circa 1950's, with some wear to cover, owners name on front cover, some wear to corners and edges, a good clean copy, music for piano players for those just starting out, exercises to do for your fingers before you start playing, few notes in margins etc. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (e) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. There is much to enjoy in A Dozen A Day, including the exercises’ creative use of the whole instrument from the earliest stages, their adaptability, and the way that their good-natured, humorous characterisations stimulate the player’s imagination.A Dozen A Day: All Year Around brings together the full material from all six of the original volumes in a single 248-page bumper book. The idea is to learn two or three exercises at a time, which should be played each day before practising.
